Avista resort is a condominium resort located in north Myrtle Beach. The resort is good for a family fun vacation, romantic getaways, weddings ceremony, conventions, golf or full body relaxation.

Avista Resort was built in 2005 with 378 luxury suites spreading on 17 floors and  3 meetings rooms with the capacity to handle up to 475 attendees, as well as rooms and facilities for the physically challenged.

Recreation facilities at Avista luxury oceanfront resort include a fitness center with whirlpool, treadmill, stairmaster, bicycle, cardiovascular equipment,  free weights, heated swimming pool, two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, two jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, and two lazy rivers. The indoor pool is a really  nice touch though for a rainy day.

Ultra-modern curved architecture building with one, two and three bedroom suites with designer furnishings and balconies.The rooms are clean and comfortable, the private balconies provide pleasing views of the ocean, and the beach has great sand. Each room also has complete kitchen so you’ll be able to cook a meal.

The drawback about this resort  is that you can’t find much without driving. The whole beachfront are not fully developed ye. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance, but not will not be enough if you stay for more than 2 nights.
